No pictures, no colors,no gadgets, so it loads faster and prints better! _____________________________________ PADI INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS: IDC – AI/OWSI: A 2 format program that will last up to 9 days, the first 4 days of the program is purely Assistant Instructor Course and the last 5 days will be the Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) program. The itinerary is extremely varied and involves lecture workshop/discussions and practicing teaching sessions in the classroom, pool and open water. The IDC provides you with the knowledge to prepare and present lessons for Academic, Confined Water and Open Water sessions. It gives you also further training in how to conduct Adventure in Diving, Advanced Open water, Rescue Diver and Dive Master courses and/or any other additional training offered by PADI. The IDC is the foundation of your career with PADI and gives you first hand information and training on how to use the PADI System of education efficiently. NOTE: To all IDC Candidates, please be reminded…… That the required dive theory, Physic, Physiology, Skill and Environment, Equipment and RDP (Table and Wheel Format) is not included in the IDC classroom lectures, so you must study the dive therory before hand, though optional sessions can be arranged to improve on some segments.
